By placing an order with FABIEPAWSLUXE, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All Sales Are Finals                                                                                             Due to the custom and handmade of our products, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.                                                                                                             
  2. Product Description & Sizing                                                                                It is the customer's responsibility to review all product descriptions, sizing information, and policies before completing a purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect size or product selections.                                                                        
  3.  Shipping & Delivery                                                                                           We ship orders within the stated processing time. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.                 
  4. Lost, Stolen, or Damage Package                                                           FABIEPAWSLUXE is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after marked "delivered" by the carrier. For damaged shipments, please contact your local postal office.

Intellectual Property                                                                                                   All content on this site -including logo, designs, and product photos is the property of FABIEPAWSLUXE and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.
